Who are we?

Kids4Peace is dedicated to developing courageous leaders who work to create more just and inclusive societies. The Cincinnati chapter has a growing group of kids from elementary through high school plus their families. We strive to be a youth-led organization with several of our programs facilitated or co-facilitated by youth. If your family wants to see more peace in the world, we would love to have you join us!

Summer 2023 is going to be here before you know it! Please save the date and make plans to join us for our annual Interfaith Harmony Camp! You don’t want to miss it.

Interfaith Youth

Kids4Peace offers a gathering for kids to come together from all faith backgrounds and no faith backgrounds to be friends. Together we create the relational space we need! We begin our sessions by getting to know one another through games, food, and discussions. As we meet and become more aware of the group’s needs we alter our time together to fit those needs. Maybe we just need a place to be friends. Maybe we need to work on an important issue together. Maybe we need to be foodies together. Who knows, but we find out together. We typically meet on Sundays from 2:30-4pm in Northside, Cincinnati.

This community of youth is sponsored by Ish, Equasion (Cincinnati Festival of Faiths), The Episcopal Diocese of Southern Ohio, and Third Way Peace Fellowship. If you work with youth and would like to become a sponsoring organization or person, contact Adam Hayden at 812-430-4464.

Kids4Peace at Grace is for 5 year olds through 5th grade students. Together we play, share stories, eat snacks, do crafts, and talk about how to bring more peace into our every day lives. We have a lot of fun and we would love to have you and your young person join us! We typically meet at the Oasis at Grace in College Hill, Cincinnati on Wednesday nights from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Before you come or as you leave, you are welcome to grab a free dinner provided by Grace Episcopal Church. The dinner is not part of our Kids4Peace program but each Wednesday it is offered to us. How nice is that! Additionally, gluten free and sugar free snacks are provided by Kids4Peace.

Through the years we have had countless people and organizations help us empower young people to create peace. We appreciate all of you and could not do this work without you. Thank you sincerely!
